Jennifer Aniston was born in Sherman Oaks, California on February 11, 1969. As a child, she spent a year in Greece with her family, after which they all moved to New York City. Her parents John Aniston and Nancy Dow divorced when Jennifer was only 9, and she was then raised by her mother. It was the tender age of 11 when Jennifer was able to experience acting for the first time. She had joined the Rudolf Steiner Schools Drama Club, which is the very same school that had developed her very passionate love for the arts. Afterwards, she studied at the New York's School of Performing Arts.
